Poha Recipe - How to Make Fluffy and Delicious Poha

How to Make kanda poha

  3. Add the onions and sauté until they are soft and translucent, about 10 minutes. Then add the potatoes and salt and mix well. Cover the skillet with a lid and cook until the potatoes are tender, stirring occasionally, about 15 minutes.
  4. Add the turmeric, sugar and lemon juice and mix well. Then add the poha and gently toss to combine with the onion-potato mixture. Cook until the poha is heated through, about 5 minutes.
  5. Sprinkle the roasted peanuts and coriander leaves on top of the poha and serve hot or warm.

How to make dadpe pohe 

To make dadpe pohe, follow these steps, which is Given Blow-

  1. Rinse the poha in a colander under cold water until it is moist but not soggy. Drain out all the water and keep aside.
  2. In a large bowl, add the fresh coconut, green chilies, coriander leaves, salt, sugar, lemon juice and asafoetida and mix well.
  3. Add the poha to the coconut mixture and gently toss to combine. Adjust the seasoning if needed.
  4. Transfer the dadpe pohe to a serving plate and garnish with more coriander leaves if desired. Serve at room temperature or chilled.
